Proportional–Integral Observer Design for Uncertain Time-Delay Systems Subject to Deception Attacks: An Outlier-Resistant Approach

چکیده
This article deals with the proportional–integral observer (PIO) design problem for a class of linear systems distributed time delays and randomly occurring parameter uncertainties. The measurement signals, transmitted from sensors to observer, might suffer deception attacks. random occurrences uncertainties attacks are governed by two series Bernoulli variables known probability distributions. An outlier-resistant PIO is developed introducing an innovation saturation mechanism sake alleviating adverse effects induced on estimation performance. purpose addressed that capable guaranteeing mean-square boundedness errors while achieving desired security level. gain designed solving matrix inequality validity results obtained shown numerical simulation example.
